Our pool is heated and has a special high-end saltwater system. It's easier on you skin than traditional chlorine.

The front of our house has a circular driveway that can hold 4 to 5 cars. Plus there is plentiful street parking.

Our dock can accommodate up to a 40-foot boat. There are no bridges or other obstructions and we're only a few hundreds yards from Biscayne Bay.

We love hanging out on the patio. This is our outdoor sofa area.

Our dining table can hold up to 10 people and we have an additional kitchen table (4 people) and patio table (8 people) as well.

Our pool and hot tub are a great place to relax. Sunset is a great time to enjoy it.
Our home is a single story and is located very close to the 79th street bridge to Miami Beach.
We got this house for the back yard. It's our own private oasis and great for the kids!
The pool has 3+ lounge chairs and this very comfortable swinging chair too!
The pool lights up at night, which looks very cool among the tropical trees.
Unlike many other houses in the area, the pool is private and seclude from all sides.
The full bathroom in the hall has a rain shower feature and a detachable shower head.
Our kitchen is well-integrated into the house and has it's own table that can seat four people.
We have all of the essentials including coffee maker (pods are supplied), toaster, blender, microwave, baking supplies, and more.
The living room has a large L-shaped sofa that is actually really comfortable to nap or sleep on.
Every room features greenery... we also got this house because it has plenty of light in every direction without being overly in the sun.
Our sun room (some call it a "Florida room") open up directly to the patio and backyard pool.
The double doors in the sun room convert the house into a combined indoor/outdoor living space.
This bedroom features a queen bed with a brand new extra comfy mattress.
We've equipped the master bathroom with many of the toiletries you'll need. We've got body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Forget your toothbrush and toothpaste? We've got you covered.
Our fourth bedroom has two Twin XL beds. That extra length makes a big difference for adults sleeping in the bed. Or you can put them together to turn it into a King Bed.
Our master bedroom is well-situated on the property. There is plenty of drawer and closet space plus it's own TV.
This 2nd bedroom has a King Bed and is located in its own private wing. It also has its own bathroom and a separate door to the side of the house.
The patio has a large custom-made fountain that frames the pool.
We've spent many a summer or winter night sitting out laughing with friends around this table!
Exterior Front
The dining area features a very special Marilyn Monroe painting by one of our favorite French artists. We even went to get this painting at his studio in Cannes.
The living room features an 85-inch Samsung Frame TV. Great for the big game.
Our waterfront at sunset still takes our breath away.
Our patio also features a brand new four-burner barbecue with side burner. Plenty of cooking power for a large family or friends gathering.
The bathroom in our second bedroom is new and perhaps our favorite bathroom in the house.
The great thing about the pool is that it's a protected environment from extreme weather conditions at any time of day.

Spend your days lounging by the private saltwater pool—which is gentler on your skin than traditional chlorine—or relaxing in the bubbling hot tub under the palms. Inside, a stunning Marilyn Monroe painting from an acclaimed French artist overlooks the modern dining room, adding a touch of glamour to your meals.

For those traveling with little ones, the house is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. We provide:

* Two pack 'n play cribs
* A booster seat
* A toddler toilet seat with a ladder

You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the house, yard, private pool, and hot tub. Make yourself at home and enjoy the full waterfront experience.

### The Neighborhood

Our home is centrally located in the desirable Shorecrest neighborhood. You'll be within walking distance of some of Miami's best restaurants and a short drive from world-famous Miami Beach.

For families, the awesome Pirate Park Playground on Miami Beach is just 10 minutes away, and the Miami Shores Tot Lot Playground is a 7-minute drive. There are also smaller playgrounds within walking distance from the house.

### Getting Around

Getting around is a breeze. You are just minutes from the sands of Miami Beach. For those embarking on a cruise, the Port of Miami is a convenient 15-minute drive away, making this an ideal stay before or after your voyage.

### Important Information

This is our cherished family vacation home, and we are excited to share the joy it brings us with our guests. We trust you will care for it as your own.

* **Boaters:** Our home is a boater's dream, with 76 feet of protected water and no fixed bridges. The private dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

* **Kayaks & Paddleboards:** As avid lovers of water sports, we can make our kayaks and a paddleboard available for your use. Arrangements can be made for a small fee to cover preparation and delivery from storage. Please inquire if you are interested.

This is our family vacation home and we debated a long time whether to make it available for rent or not. We decided to go for it because the house brings us so much joy and we wanted others to share in that joy.
